 IS  Europe (IT))\n\nWelcome to the HFES Europe Chapter Annual Meeting 2027
 \nThe Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Europe Chapter (HFES EC) Annual
  Meeting 2027 will take place in Rome\, Italy\, from 28 – 30 April 2027.
 \nThe Annual Meeting brings together researchers\, practitioners and profe
 ssionals from across Europe and beyond to exchange current research\, meth
 ods and applications in Human Factors and Ergonomics. The conference is op
 en to anyone interested in the field and welcomes contributions from a bro
 ad range of Human Factors domains.\n\nSapienza University of Rome (Photo b
 y Francesco Di Nocera)\nCall for Abstracts\nWe invite submissions addressi
 ng current research\, applications and developments in Human Factors and E
 rgonomics.\nAbstracts must not exceed 200 words. During submission\, autho
 rs will be asked to select the most appropriate conference track and indic
 ate their preferred contribution format.\nAll submitted abstracts will und
 ergo scientific review. Following completion of the review process\, autho
 rs will be notified of the decision and\, if accepted\, of the assigned co
 ntribution type and conference track.\nAccepted contributions may be prese
 nted as an oral presentation or poster\, depending on the review outcome a
 nd programme planning. Further information regarding full-paper or poster 
 publication will be provided to authors following acceptance.We are very p
 leased by the growing interest in the conference and the increasing number
  of abstract submissions. However\, due to space constraints\, the number 
 of poster presentations at the current and future meetings may be limited.

 please check your spam or junk folder.\nPlease ensure that the first name
 \, family name and institutional affiliation of the presenting author and 
 co-authors are entered correctly\, as these details will be used for the c
 onference programme and related conference documentation. Please note that
  we accept a maximum of one abstract per presenting author.\nAbstracts may
  be edited until the Call for Abstracts closes on 15 December 2026 at 16:0
